Senior Account Manager

Coin Metrics is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer support and account management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients in the US.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the US
- Provide exceptional account management and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to effectively position Coin Metrics' products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
- Identify and execute upon upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the contract renewal process
- Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements, features, and client requirements
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to support client engagement activities
- Interest in crypto and crypto assets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in account management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial technology industry
- Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and related products and services
- Proven track record in managing and growing client accounts, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for account management and sales tracking
