Assistant Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining and developing a qualified staff to meet the needs of our members.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote TCU products and services.
- Focus on Teller/FSR/Lending Procedures, TCU's Service Standards, Staff Development, Support, Mentoring and Coaching.
- Proficient in all duties of a Branch Manager and capable of running the office in the Manager's absence.
- Develop into an FSR, servicing members as needed.
- Keep management informed regarding key operating issues affecting the branch.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience
Three (3) to five (3) years of similar or related experience
Experience in a leadership role preferred
Lending and/or Mortgage experience preferred
Education(1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
Work involves personal contact with others, inside and/or outside of the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, and/or soliciting cooperation.
