Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Sales Manager to join our team at Taylor Northeast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and growing equipment sales within our territory for new and used equipment and rentals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market strategy to attain and maintain desired market position within the territory.
  • Lead and manage equipment sales teams to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with branch management and accounting department to ensure effective management of receivables.
  • Provide timely follow-up with customers, managers, and staff to ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years' sales experience working in the industrial truck or material handling field.
  • Results-driven and excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Must have the ability to work well under pressure and be well organized.
  • Solid negotiating capabilities and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
