Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned program management leader to serve as our primary customer interface for current and future Castelion programs. This individual will drive the company's management of and execution against contract deliverables, partnering closely with engineering to ensure hardware deliverables meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Program Management: Serve as primary customer point of contact for existing and future contracted program efforts, with responsibility for the successful execution of such efforts.
  • Operational Regulatory: Establish relationships with key regulators and drive positive outcomes on long-lead regulatory hurdles, including FAA, FCC, and environmental permitting for future flight test activities.
  • Product Development: Advise Castelion product development teams on future customer requirements to ensure future offerings meet the desired future capabilities of existing and future customers.
Requirements
  • Technical Program Management Experience: 5+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in the aerospace and defense sector.
  • Communication Skills: Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with direct experience negotiating technical deliverables.
  • Bias to Action and Creative Problem Solving: Proven track record of taking initiative, anticipating problems, and rapidly developing solutions when issues arise.
  • High Commitment, High Initiative: A genuine passion for Castelion's mission and a consistent drive to contribute to the company's technical goals and prevent hardware blockers.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance, preferred and may be required for future sensitive Castelion programs.
