Job Summary

As a key member of the Space Systems Command, this individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of acquisition programs, creating new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of ACAT I-III level programs, including acquisitions, contracts, and financial management.
  • Create new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, commercial partners, and international organizations.
  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies to support the Electromagnetic Warfare Systems Delta mission.
  • Lead and manage a team of acquisition professionals, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful program execution.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement acquisition policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Top-Secret/SCI clearance required.
  • Experience leading acquisition programs and teams.
  • Knowledge of acquisition policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • DAWIA certification in Acquisition Management.
  • Experience with PPB&E process.
  • Knowledge of safety and security regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
