  • Perform basic prep work behind the bar, including refilling ice bins, restocking beer and liquor, and cutting garnishes.
  • Change empty kegs in the keg room, including moving full kegs of beer.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy environment by cleaning up spills and emptying trash cans.
  • Organize the bar and drinkware.
  • Clear and clean the bar in a timely manner.
  • Perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Complete all side work as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the food service industry, with knowledge of bar and nightclub operations.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages a plus.
  • Age 18 or older, depending on state regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local or state government agency.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 200 pounds, including kegs, ice, glasses, trays, etc.
  • Ability to move about the facility efficiently and safely.
  • Ability to handle food, objects, products, and utensils effectively and safely.
  • Ability to bend, stand, stoop, and kneel.
  • Ability to withstand potential climate temperature changes in assigned work area.
