Job Title: General Manager of Hospitality

Job Summary:

The General Manager of Hospitality will be responsible for the overall management of our hospitality operations, including food and beverage services, concessions, and event management. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of hospitality operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our hospitality venues, including food and beverage services, concessions, and event management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals, including food and beverage managers, concessions managers, and event coordinators.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and control costs, including food and beverage expenses, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of events and hospitality services.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
