Position Overview: Clinical Liaison (MSL)The Clinical Liaison plays a pivotal role in facilitating influential scientific discussions with key opinion leaders within the healthcare sector, including Regional and National Thought Leaders, as well as Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). This position is crucial in bridging the divide between scientific innovation and patient treatment.
Role Summary:The Clinical Liaison is responsible for collecting valuable medical insights and acting as a clinical advisor to various internal teams. They ensure that all interactions are in line with corporate and medical strategies, thereby ensuring that patients have access to Bristol Myers Squibb's innovative therapies. Furthermore, they engage with the medical community to address scientific inquiries that extend beyond approved products and indications, focusing on both pre-launch and ongoing brand lifecycle needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate scientific discussions with Thought Leaders to gather clinical insights and formulate a detailed medical strategy.
- Collaborate with medical organizations, patient advocacy groups, and members of guideline committees.
- Provide real-time medical support for HCP inquiries.
- Establish strong relationships with key Thought Leaders through meaningful scientific dialogue.
- Medical qualifications (MD, PharmD, PhD, etc.)
- Experience in a scientific or clinical research setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Hematology.
