Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Blain's Farm & Fleet. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient delivery of automotive services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their purchases in a customer-centric environment, providing personalized service and sales support.
  • Utilize computer systems to determine product inventory levels, schedule service work, and communicate with the service department.
  • Explain work orders and invoices to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Perform retail cashier duties, processing customer payments and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Install batteries, balance wheels, repair and install tires, and perform oil changes using established procedures.
  • Demonstrate awareness and compliance with loss prevention and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Interpret vehicle inspection results and provide recommendations to customers, showcasing your technical expertise.
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Meet the minimum requirements for the position, including prior auto repair experience and the ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior auto repair experience is preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
