Senior Vice President of Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth in the US Hemp B2B Channel. The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan, leveraging market insights and data to maximize revenue, market share, and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a commercial strategy for the B2B Hemp Channel, including pricing, positioning, and distribution strategies
* Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and deliver exceptional results
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners
Requirements:
* 7-10 years of senior leadership experience in commercial strategy or sales within the alcohol-beverage, wine and spirits industry or a related sector
* Proven track record of successfully launching new beverage products and driving revenue growth
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
* Annual compensation commensurate with experience from $165,000 - $190,000, including potential bonuses
