POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is integral to the operational success of our retail environment, focusing on sales support functions that enhance the customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Duties:

Handle merchandise efficiently, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and accessibility for restocking purposes. Regularly update and organize the sales floor inventory to optimize space and product visibility.

Accurately manage receiving documentation and reconcile invoices with received items. Execute store-to-store transfers and locate requests with precision.

Process visual merchandising materials and ensure timely setup of promotional displays and signage. Participate in pricing adjustments and markdowns as necessary.

Customer Engagement:

Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles. Facilitate a smooth and efficient checkout process, staying informed on payment policies, promotions, and return procedures.

Encourage customer participation in loyalty programs and assist with upselling initiatives, including gift card promotions.

Team Collaboration:

Foster a cooperative work environment by engaging in collaborative problem-solving. Actively seek opportunities for personal growth and welcome constructive feedback.

Perform additional tasks as assigned, which may vary across different brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in retail or cashier roles is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Ability to adapt to technology and maintain organization in a fast-paced setting.
Must be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Frequent walking and standing are required throughout the shift.
Occasional lifting and climbing may be necessary.
