Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, innovative, and passionate Retail Sales Associates to become part of the Equinox family at our premier location in Paramus. This role is ideal for individuals eager to contribute meaningfully to a vibrant and expanding organization.

Role Responsibilities:
The Retail Sales Associate is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience to all guests and shoppers. The Associate will follow guidance from the Shop Manager on business strategies and action plans to maximize efficiency and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Sales & Customer Engagement:
    Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall store objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all club and shop offerings, services, and products.

  • Operational Standards:
    Consistently uphold all loss prevention and inventory management protocols.
  • Ensure understanding of all communication and training materials, assisting the Shop Manager with the timely and accurate execution of operational tasks.

  • Product Presentation:
    Collaborate with the Shop Manager to ensure that the shop reflects the company’s brand standards through effective merchandising and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization on the sales floor, at cash registers, and in storage areas.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess experience in customer service, ideally within retail or hospitality sectors. Candidates should be hardworking, honest, and demonstrate personal integrity. Strong time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Flexibility to work varied schedules based on the needs of the retail environment is required. Compliance with all company policies and procedures is expected, along with support for company initiatives.
