Key Responsibilities- Client Service and Satisfaction: Drive client and patient satisfaction scores by providing exceptional service and support.
- Equipment Maintenance and Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of patient equipment, ensuring it is in good working order at all times.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of patient transportation and equipment specialists, providing training and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Infectious Control department and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education and Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of management experience in a healthcare or related environment.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to maintain high standards and implement company policies. Proficient in computer applications and technology, with experience in budget management and patient transportation safety.
