The Operations Director of Manufacturing will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities- Production Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.

- Team Leadership: Direct and motivate a team of manufacturing supervisors to achieve operational excellence.
