Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Bench Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and developing new protein-based products.
Key Responsibilities:- Protein Labelling and Characterization: Develop and implement methods for routine protein labelling and characterization, including target protein and antibody labelling.
- Fab Generation and Protein Purification: Generate Fab fragments from IgG and purify proteins using various techniques.
- QC of Commercially Sourced Reagents: Conduct quality control checks on commercially sourced reagents to ensure their suitability for use in our research.
- Assistance with Western Blots and Expression Characterization: Assist in the preparation and analysis of western blots and expression characterization experiments.
- Strong Work Ethic and Desire to Learn: A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic research environment.
- Experience with Protein Purification: Experience with protein purification techniques, including AKTA FPLC and Agilent HPLC.
- Experience with Antibodies: Experience with antibodies and their applications in research.
- Experience with Protein Labelling: Experience with protein labelling techniques, including fluors and biotin.
- Experience with AKTA FPLC and Agilent HPLC: Experience with AKTA FPLC and Agilent HPLC systems.
