Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Engineer I to join our team at Truliant Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our internal staff, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for a wide range of technology issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate issues as needed, documenting all details and resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain solid documentation for knowledge management and internal procedures.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation, providing after-hours and weekend support as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT staff to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in IT-related field or 3 years equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk Engineer capacity.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, current network protocols and standards, laptops, printers, MS Office products, and VMware.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • A+ or industry standard laptop/desktop certification preferred.
