We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the County of Forsyth North Carolina. This role will provide administrative support to the Sheriff's Detention Security Services Division and other areas of the Administration.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of office tasks, including records management, report preparation, filing, and public contact.
- Operate office equipment, such as copiers and scanners, and maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication with various departments and teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a law enforcement or government setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
