- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a smooth guest experience.
- Stay up-to-date on resort activities, amenities, and services to provide informed recommendations to guests.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, even in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Adhere to department policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and reservation systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of customer service experience in the resort industry preferred.
