Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a smooth guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on resort activities, amenities, and services to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, even in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Adhere to department policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and reservation systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of customer service experience in the resort industry preferred.
