Job Summary

As a Front Desk Representative at Echo Mountain Ski and Event Center, LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the Point of Sales system, processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating Ski & Ride School lessons, ensuring seamless communication with instructors and guests.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the Lodge and Cabin areas, ensuring a high standard of quality.
  • Capture customer feedback and suggestions, using this information to improve our services and operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and revenue targets, promoting our products and services to guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the resort.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic computer and cash handling skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
