Front Desk Representative

Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will manage the front desk operations, greet clients and visitors, handle phone calls, and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth flow of daily activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist visitors by providing information and directing them to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
