About the Role

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HRBP, you will work closely with key engineering business leaders, providing strategic guidance on people-related matters.

This role plays a crucial part in implementing corporate HR programs and policies, while designing and delivering initiatives that foster organizational growth and employee development.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, acting as a bridge to our HR Centers of Excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of business priorities, strategy, and direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align as the HR Business Partner and general HR liaison to HR Centers of Excellence for the designated Engineering business unit(s).
  • Consult with business leaders on matters of business transformation and related people impact, change management, and organizational design and effectiveness.
  • Act as the advocate of talent management and development plans for the business unit, focusing on enhancing leader quality, building workforce skills, ensuring succession bench strength, and performance management.
  • Analyze organizational health, optimization, diversification, efficiency of operations, and opportunities for improvement using key metrics data.
  • Drive company-wide programs, initiatives, and core HR programs (e.g., Total Rewards/Merit & Equity Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement Survey, Succession Planning/Talent Identification, and Leadership Development activities).

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on location and experience.
