CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Business Partner and Strategic HR Advisor to join our team.

This dynamic role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in supporting Engineering organizations through rapid growth.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to provide strategic guidance on people-related matters and implement corporate HR programs and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Aligning as the HR Business Partner and general HR liaison to HR Centers of Excellence for designated Engineering business units.
  • Consulting with business leaders on business transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Acting as the advocate of talent management and development plans for the business unit.
  • Driving company-wide programs, initiatives, and core HR programs.

In addition, the successful candidate will:

  • Maintain close partnerships with supported business operations staff, Finance, and Talent Acquisition staff.
  • Work primarily within the United States with regional travel necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Holds HR functional expertise in supporting Engineering organizations, particularly those experiencing rapid growth.
  • Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues creatively.
  • Exercises judgment in methods and techniques for obtaining results.
  • Leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise across HR domains.

We offer a competitive salary of $130,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
