Position Overview

The Senior Analyst in Market Finance Operations plays a crucial role in gathering, interpreting, and presenting diverse market data, linking operational efficiency and member satisfaction to financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Finance, Provider Contracting, Provider Engagement, Actuarial, and Medicare Risk Adjustment teams to support organizational objectives.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as Excel, SQL, and SAS to extract data, generate essential metric reports, and create data visualizations.
  • Deliver clear insights to business stakeholders, aiding in strategic decision-making.
  • Work alongside Regional Leadership to transform financial and non-financial data into easily digestible information.
  • Develop and maintain data models for various analytical tasks to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Monitor utilization reports and act as a primary responder to emerging trends.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with SAS or SQL.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with team members.
Preferred
  • MBA, CPA, or a background in Actuarial science.
  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $76,800 - $105,800 annually, reflecting a good faith estimate for full-time employment. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications.
