**Job Summary**

At SF Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Asset Servicing Specialist. This role will be part of our Securities Operations team, responsible for processing and controls for Equity & Fixed Income Products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the New York Client Service Group (CSG) team with daily client reports and ad-hoc tasks and projects.
  • Run daily team reports and send ad-hoc advisements to internal representatives.
  • Research corporate actions on certificated securities via DTC, Bloomberg, and company Investor Relations.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior Operations experience or comparable experience.
  • Basic knowledge of equities and fixed income securities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Teamwork orientation and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior Corporate Action experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience with DTCC and Bloomberg systems, as well as dealing with company Investor Relations.

**Education:**

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
