We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Assets Product Manager to join our team at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and bringing to market our suite of digital assets products.
About the RoleThe Digital Assets Product Manager will assist in developing business requirements to both internal and external partners for ratification. You will have a strong understanding of the full lifecycle of alternative investments and be proficient in depicting and describing the business value of our products and the specific functionality they bring to market.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with technology, sales, and marketing teams to deliver new capabilities and enhancements and develop strategies for building community on new product and service offerings.
- Translate customer needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and stay in sync with regulatory requirements.
- Manage achievement of project deliverables, including coordination of efforts across functional areas to ensure projects are completed on time and budget and within a quality framework.
- Monitor project budgets for specific initiatives/projects and identify potential risks to achieving project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong background in financial services/capital markets a must.
- Technical background with knowledge of blockchain technology and distributed systems.
- Experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a software development environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA.
