Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, procedures, and documentation related to Asset Management and Technology Inventory.
  • Assist with and update data in Service Now.
  • Coordinate with vendors on process adherence and for data collation.
  • Manage process documentation.
  • Perform data retrieval based on request.
  • Responsible for coordination and update of inventory in case of new site opening.
  • Facilitate POS and other equipment returns.
  • Provide training on devices to applicable teams/individuals on need basis.
  • Partner closely with the Engineering team.
Qualifications
  • (Preferred) Bachelor's Degree in a related field project management, computer science, computer engineering or equivalent backgrounds.
  • High school or equivalent.
  • 5-6 years of experience working within the Service Now (SNOW) platform.
  • Experience working with SharePoint, Workday and Workfront are a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Asset Management processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory documents.
  • Good self-organization, ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.
  • Competent use of standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to collaborate with technology and product teams.
  • Excellent technical writing skills.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, software development, IT management best practices.
