Our Financial Services Practice

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Financial Services Risk and Controls practice in New York, Chicago, and Charlotte. This is an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurial team members who want to contribute to our growth and help build our US practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help clients establish and embed industry-standard data management practices, frameworks, platforms, and processes, aligning with their data, technology, business strategies, and regulatory agenda.
  • Participate in engagement teams that advise clients on planning and implementing governance and control over data domains, including defining operating models and control processes for ensuring accountability for data quality and integrity.
  • Assist clients in areas such as data governance, metadata management, data architecture, data modeling, data quality, document and content management, master data management, open data, personal data protection, and data security.
  • Run workshops with key client stakeholders from both business and technology teams, as well as other partners and vendors in engagements.
  • Help clients improve data quality, establish mapping and lineage across the data supply chain, and lead initiatives to resolve long-standing quality issues through data controls testing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant data management consulting or industry experience, including master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data lineage, data quality, data modeling, data standards, and data strategy.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and delivering complex data-related engagements.
  • Experience in leading and driving the sales cycle, including identifying and qualifying client opportunities, and leading the pursuit team to create proposal content for client discussions.
  • Strong consulting experience in data management within financial services, with a focus on finance, risk, and compliance functions.
  • Experience in implementing data-focused regulations such as BSBC239, GDPR, CCPA, DCAM, and CCAR.
  • Strong experience in key areas of data management, including data architecture, data quality, data privacy, and business intelligence tools.
  • A good understanding of data warehouses, master data management, data integration, documents and content, data modeling and design, ML/Big Data, analytics, and dashboarding.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
