ROLE
Open is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through a comprehensive performance marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate is a creative, analytical, results-driven leader with the ability to work across performance marketing, lifecycle, and product.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth through performance marketing channels.
  • Oversee marketing efforts across various channels, including paid digital advertising, organic social media, content marketing, email marketing, affiliate and partnership marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to maximize Open's future growth.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to various channels based on performance and potential.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

REQUIREMENTS
  • A strong background in Growth / Performance Marketing with 5-7+ years of experience (1-2 years in leadership)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies in consumer industries
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in utilizing data to drive decision-making and marketing optimization
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo)
  • Experience managing large budgets effectively and delivering positive ROI
  • Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration, innovation, and excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
