The Project Support Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the organization. This position is essential for providing dedicated support to Project Managers, Estimators, and Directors in the relevant department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide focused administrative assistance to the Project Management team.
  • Manage administrative tasks including:
    • Entering data into the CRM system for all prospective projects.
    • Updating the CRM with bid amounts and relevant notes.
    • Handling initial project documentation related to billing and other essential project details.
    • Preparing billing files for processing.
    • Compiling contract packages for necessary signatures.
    • Processing invoices, receivables, and job closure documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the construction sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Exceptional follow-through and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.
