Job Overview

We are seeking a Solutions and Opportunities Supports Coordinator to enhance the overall satisfaction of individuals receiving support services agency-wide.

This role will drive positive change and foster a supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of individuals receiving support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Solutions & Opportunities Support (SOS) department to improve overall satisfaction.
  • Establish a standardized solution-finding process to address conflicts or concerns, emphasizing active listening, empathy, and de-escalation techniques.
  • Support Community Living Service (CLS) teams with solutions that encourage active listening and de-escalation techniques for conflict resolution.
  • Ensure a responsive, ethical, and effective approach to address urgent needs of individuals and families receiving support.
  • Monitor the quality of services provided and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review reports on the quality and efficiency of the team's supports and solutions implemented.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of director-level management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, empathy, and active listening skills.
