Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through direct channels. This role will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and developing effective sales strategies to capture these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target companies and key decision-makers
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in a similar industry
• Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Equipment Used

This position will routinely use a telephone, personal computer, fax machine, and copier.

Working and Physical Conditions

This role will require frequent travel, up to 75% of the time, and will involve working in an indoor office environment with long periods of sitting.
