Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role at The Armor Group will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct channels. This involves prioritizing target companies, identifying customer needs, and creating effective sales strategies to capture opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize target companies and identify key decision-makers, gatekeepers, and champions.
  • Develop and implement direct sales strategies to capture opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Establish effective relationships with other departments to address key business issues and opportunities.
  • Effectively use CRM systems to track customer-related activity.

Principal Contacts
This role interacts with prospective customers, current customers, estimators, inside sales associates, and project managers.

Education and/or Experience

Equipment Used
This position will routinely use a telephone, personal computer, fax machine, and copier.

Working and Physical Conditions
Travel will be as necessary, but expected to be in the 50-75% range. Time will also be spent in an indoor office environment with long periods of sitting.
