Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to departments, including preparing documents, managing databases, and coordinating events.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the event process.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
