Additionally, the supervisor will manage all financial aspects, including inventory management, food procurement, and achieving labor cost objectives. A key focus will be on maximizing profitability while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Uphold company standards and service levels to enhance sales and reduce expenses, including food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor costs.
2. Ensure all financial documentation (invoices, reports) and personnel/payroll administrative tasks are completed accurately and punctually, in line with company policies.
3. Enforce hygiene standards for food handling, cleanliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
4. Guarantee consistent high-quality food preparation and presentation.
5. Maintain a professional image of the restaurant, including cleanliness, appropriate uniforms, and adherence to appearance standards.
6. Implement security measures to safeguard employees, guests, and company assets.

Shift Management

Oversee shifts that involve:
- Daily decision-making
- Scheduling and planning while maintaining standards and product quality

Ensure outstanding guest service in all areas. Address complaints promptly, taking necessary actions to convert dissatisfied guests into loyal patrons.

Investigate and resolve issues related to food quality.

Qualifications

- 3-4 years of prior experience in restaurant management.
- 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.

Required Skills

- Mandatory Liquor License certification.
- Food manager certification required.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends, with increased hours during peak periods.
