Position Overview:

Expedite Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic Sales Business Insights team. This role is pivotal in addressing the quantitative analysis of the Sales organization’s critical challenges and opportunities.

The successful candidate will spearhead enhancements to our data pipelines and visualizations, providing essential support across all sales segments within the organization.

This position will empower numerous front-line sellers and leaders with actionable analytics to foster growth and enhance customer retention.

As a subject matter expert in analytics, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will leverage data to underpin new business initiatives, conduct sales performance evaluations, develop and test hypotheses, and create data models that lead to insightful solutions.

Regular interaction with senior business leaders to communicate findings, recommendations, and results will be a key aspect of this role, including presentations to large audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee analytical processes, develop new datasets, and enhance existing data pipelines utilizing Snowflake and Python.
  • Lead and support ad hoc data inquiries, analyze trends, draw conclusions, and present insights that narrate compelling stories.
  • Play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our comprehensive Sales and Performance Management reporting platform in Power BI.
  • Collaborate with Sales leaders to create visualizations and reports that drive performance optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Transform moderate to complex data into accessible and relevant insights for both analytic and non-analytic internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work in partnership with other analytics teams to ensure adherence to standards and consistency in data sources.
  • Release tools in Power BI and Tableau that can be utilized by hundreds of users and participate in training sessions and demonstrations for these tools.
  • Gather success stories and positive feedback from users of existing tools to quantify the impact of these BI solutions on the business.
  • Collaborate with data governance to document and manage access to the team's data library.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in analytics, automated reporting, and data exploration; proficiency in SQL and Python is essential.
  • Expertise in SQL for data extraction and transformation from various systems, along with experience analyzing large datasets.
  • At least 4 years of experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of converting data into meaningful, real-world insights.
  • Comfortable presenting to large audiences and senior business leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where speed and quality are critical.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal oversight while collaborating with highly technical colleagues.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is mandatory; an advanced degree is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with Dealer and Consumer metrics is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning reporting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with code version control platforms such as GitHub is a plus.

This is a remote position with occasional travel requirements.
