About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Infosys Consulting. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in driving strategic programs and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Lead and manage complex programs dealing with industry-specific requirements, while deepening your knowledge in your area of specialization.
  • Solution Delivery: Independently deliver high-quality solutions and build key client relationships.
  • Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and design data maps to support technology transformation initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the client organization and Infosys on technology transformation programs and initiatives.
  • Project Execution: Manage end-to-end project execution, stakeholder communication, and minimize engagement risk by proactively identifying issues and recommending courses of remediation.
  • Business Development: Support business development activities, including leading or contributing to proposals and developing propositions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience in one or more domain areas, including B2B Payments, Disbursements, Card Payments, Consumer/Retail Payments, and Cross-Border Payments.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ISO 20022, electronic payments, and market-leading Payment Hub products.
  • Program Experience: At least one or two cycles of bank-level payments modernization programs experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: Certifications from internationally recognized institutes, such as the Bank for International Settlements or the Federal Reserve.
  • Advanced Education: MBA or economics major at the graduate level.
  • Additional Experience: 3-5 years of experience working on change initiatives in Banking or Payment Services firms, or with a reputed professional services firm.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience in executing programs using Agile methodologies.
  • Payment Schemes: Strong knowledge of one or more payment schemes for High Value, Mass Payments, Immediate Payments, and P2P Payments.
