**Job Overview:**

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated HR professional to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives, aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Directly recruit and select talent, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of personnel data, ensuring timely and efficient reporting.
  • Nurture a culture of continuous learning and development, assessing training needs and implementing effective training programs.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Must speak Spanish fluently, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • People-oriented and results-driven, with a strong ability to architect strategy and build interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.

**Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
