Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at The Center for Children with Special Needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based treatment to children with autism and related neurodevelopmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:- Administer standardized tests and assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders in children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to children and their families.
- Provide ongoing feedback and progress updates to families and caregivers.
- Participate in clinical teams and group supervision to ensure best practices and continuous learning.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and 1+ years of clinical experience in pediatric settings.
- Experience working with children with autism and related neurodevelopmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
