About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in their homes or facilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patients' unique needs
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on speech and language disorders
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
  • Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist/speech-language pathologist
  • Home Health experience a plus
  • Current and unrestricted license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
