About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients recover from injury, illness, or surgery, and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and direct speech/language pathology services to patients in the home or facility
  • Participate in the development and periodic review of the Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care
  • Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and applications of therapeutic treatments
  • Provide instruction and training to patients in the use of alternative communication systems
  • Maintain and submit documentation as required by the Company and/or facility
Requirements
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
  • Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist/speech-language pathologist
  • Home Health experience a plus
