Position Overview:

Your Role:

In this dynamic and rewarding nursing position, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

The Clinical Nursing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager in fostering an environment of clinical excellence, safety, and service quality.

This role supports the Vision, Values, Mission, and Strategic Plans of Methodist Health System. You will also function as a staff nurse and/or relief charge nurse as required on your designated unit, while taking on a nursing leadership role as assigned by the Nurse Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is mandatory
  • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience is essential
  • Current CPR certification is required
  • Active nursing license in Texas is necessary
  • National certification in specialty area or commitment to obtain within one year or the least amount of time possible to meet requirements
