What is Required?

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Current Certified Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • 1 year of home care or hospice experience
  • Able to seek patient feedback, advocate for patient, understanding of patient needs, and managing patient expectations
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Reliable transportation to perform job tasks

You will report to the Administrator or Branch Director.
