About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician II to join our team at CRMG. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for performing daily upkeep and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the property, including amenities, parking lot, and trash areas.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and projects.
  • Manage work orders and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in a maintenance technician role or two years of experience in a related field.
  • Janitorial experience is preferred.
  • Motivation, time management, and ability to follow instructions.
  • Intermediate knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation and repairs, and installation and repair of flooring.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Knowledge and experience using a vacuum cleaner and other janitorial equipment.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies.
  • Reliable transportation capable of transporting necessary tools.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal communications and directions.
  • Understanding and administration of landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and refraining from all illegal discrimination practices.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $25-$30.
  • FT schedule, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
  • 40 hours of weekly contracted hours.
  • A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend.
  • Mileage reimbursement for business-related travels.
