Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing daily upkeep and cleanliness of our properties, including landscaping, amenities, parking lots, and trash areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and janitorial duties.
  • Operate a pressure washer and other equipment as needed.
  • Assist with after-hours emergencies and respond to work orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a maintenance technician role or 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in property management.
  • Janitorial experience is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights.
  • Knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting techniques.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
