Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing daily upkeep and cleanliness of our properties, including landscaping, amenities, parking lots, and trash areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other related trades. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and communication skills. Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including repairs, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of properties, including landscaping and amenities
  • Work with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist with after-hours emergencies and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a maintenance technician role or 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Intermediate knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other related trades
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to transport necessary tools
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $25-$30/hour
  • Monthly cell phone stipend: $50.00
  • Mileage reimbursement for business-related travels
