Job Description

We are seeking a Dental Transformation Consultant to join our team at Infosys Limited Digital. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience with large dental carriers and at least 5 years of advisory consulting experience in comparable consulting services firms.

The role involves leading project teams on major core administrative platform implementation programs, serving as a key customer-facing member of an Infosys Healthcare Consulting team, and contributing to the development of solutions to solve business problems and increase adoption of Infosys-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess solid functional and/or technical knowledge in two or more functional domains of the overall end-to-end value chain, including member/group enrollment and eligibility, provider data management, onboarding, roster management, contracts and fee schedules, detailed benefit plan design and rationalization/simplification, end-to-end claims process flow, utilization management and prior authorization, billing and payments processing, and/or customer service/call center.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
