About the Role

As a Market Cash Leader, you will be responsible for driving business results through effective cash management and trade working capital strategies. You will work closely with our Regional Controller and Regional Management Team to develop and implement financial plans that meet our long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize trade working capital
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address cash flow challenges
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Regional Controllers and Regional Management Teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cash management and trade working capital
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and inventory
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
