Job Overview

Diaz Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies and materials that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing communication plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Help develop marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and press releases.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit content for internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events, promotional activities, and trade shows.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications efforts.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Support the creation of presentations, reports, and marketing collateral for various stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal communications efforts, such as staff newsletters and announcements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (or in pursuit of a degree).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing principles and strategies.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required.
