Sales Team Manager

Zeni's all-in-one financial platform aims to simplify financial operations for entrepreneurs. We require a seasoned Sales Team Manager to oversee our team of skilled BDRs and drive sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve and consistently hit monthly and quarterly BDR team goals based on Sales Qualified Opportunities and other sales initiatives
- Develop and maintain industry-leading demand engine in collaboration with Revenue Operations and Marketing
**What You'll Need**
- Predictably meet pipeline goals from inbound and outbound prospecting activities
- Work closely with sales leadership to show progress against team goals using existing and your own KPIs;
**Compensation Package**: Base salary within the range of $90,000 - $125,000 with an OTE range of $130,000-$180,000 depending on experience. Additionally, you will be entitled to medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), flexible work-from-home arrangements, employee stock options, and a generous PTO policy.
