Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team at HEROIC Cybersecurity. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and scaling our remote technical sales teams. With a rapidly growing cybersecurity company specializing in SaaS solutions and Managed Services, we offer a dynamic and challenging environment for sales professionals.
Sales Infrastructure Development:
- Develop and enhance sales infrastructure, including testing new sales processes and integrating AI-based technologies to maximize salesperson efficiency.
- Utilize experience with top sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, SPIN Selling) to enhance sales processes.
Team Management:
- Manage the entire sales organization, including SDRs (Sales Development Representatives), AEs (Account Executives), sales managers, sales trainers, and more.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a remote and international sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer success and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across SaaS software and Managed Services offerings.
- Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, and build, manage, and continuously adjust sales compensation plans for all salespeople in the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the technology sector, with a proven track record in both SaaS software sales and Managed Service Sales. They should be highly proficient with industry-leading sales enablement software and have experience managing and scaling large, remote, and international sales teams.
